With over 10 years of experience in process improvement and finance transformation, Eduardo has a proven track record working with CFOs in the design and implementation of back office optimization initiatives, with a deep focus on implementing long-term, scalable Automation Programs.

Eduardo has successfully delivered over 200 robots to more than 30 different organizations across multiple industries including retail, financial services, hospitality, healthcare, and manufacturing.Some of Eduardo’s recent clients include Baptist Health, Revlon Cosmetics, Pandora Jewelry, Melia Hotels, and Amerant Bank.

Elena Sala Pardo has extensive experience in technology and automation across to multiple lines of businesses. She has been at Group Orange for 12 years and she is  responsible for searching, identifying  and prioritizing automation processes opportunities. Since 2019, Pardo has worked as an RPA Ambassador in Grupo Orange, offering training, support, and accompaniment to other countries and entities. She had effectively implemented, operated, and expanded RPA CoE capabilities of each organization. She is an expert on delivering support in matters of organization, governance, discovery, implementation, maintenance, and exploration of new capabilities in process automation.

Experienced Global Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the Fintech and High- tech industries and key leadership roles in Shared Services, Operational Excellence, Enterprise Technologies and IA/RPA/Digital strategy.

Overall responsible to lead a 1400 people organization driving multi-functional shared services capabilities across the enterprise including RPA/IPA solutions, Digital Workforce Management, Business Operations Management, B2C, B2B, Sales, and Marketing Support, Operational Excellence programs and enabling Technology Services, Enterprise Platforms, Cyber Security, Finance & Accounting.
