Alvaro has tremendous strength in leading large software developments, implementations and external teams throughout Latin America, Europe, Asia and the United States for financial services, manufacturing, distribution and non-profit organizations. He has managed and delivered business and technology projects to over 300 different companies ranging from small to large enterprises.

Jose Alvarez is the Managing Director of the IT Managed Services Practice for Auxis, and leads our IT Outsourcing and Solutions practice. Jose has extensive experience with large multinational companies delivering technology best practices.

His expertise includes IT strategic planning, cost control programs, emerging technologies, IT operations, Cloud and infrastructure management. An Information Systems Executive with over 25 years of IT technical and management experience, Jose is a dynamic leader and mentor able to build team cohesion and inspire individuals to strive toward ever higher levels of achievement.

Fabiana Corredor

Fabiana is Auxis’ Senior Marketing Manager and has been a part of the Auxis’ team since 2012. She leads the Marketing & Lead Generation Department, bringing together practice leaders and sales to work more effectively, cohesively and in line with Auxis go-to-market strategy. During the last 4 years, Fabiana has focused on building Auxis’ Digital Marketing and Inbound Marketing Strategy focusing on lead generation, brand awareness & engagement.

Prior to Joining Auxis, Fabiana worked at EY (Ernst & Young) as a Consultant for Latin America Financial Services Advisory, where she was involved in designing and executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, optimizing client service satisfaction, and implementing new management and communications plans in the banking sector.

Fabiana holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences from Universidad Monteávila in Caracas, Venezuela.

Alejandro Londoño

Alejandro has BSc degree in International Business from the EAFIT University in Medellin - Colombia, and a Master in International Business (MIB) from the EAFIT University. Currently holds the position of Commercial Representative for Texas in the ProColombia Commercial Office in the United States, focused on the development of opportunities and support programs for Colombian software and technology services exports of and other knowledge-based industries.

Previously, he worked as an Advisor in the ProColombia Offices of Ecuador and Medellín and in the International Trade Unit of the Aburrá Sur Chamber of Commerce in Itagui - Colombia. He has been a lecturer of international business, internationalization of SMB and foreign trade, as well as an author, guest speaker for various publications, institutions, associations and universities at the national and international level.

His experience has been developed for more than 15 years in supporting the internationalization processes of Colombian companies from multiple sectors such as software, technology, manufacturing and agri-business, assisting companies of all sizes from the inception of their international initiative to the culmination of their go-to-market processes.

Ana María Romero

Services Sector Manager

Ana María Romero has worked for CINDE, the Costa Rican Investment Promotion Agency, for fourteen years. She is the Lead for the Services Sector.  She has worked directly with projects from multinational companies that have chosen Costa Rica as the location for their services center operations.During her fourteen years of experience, she has advised companies in the medical industry, retail, digital technologies and manufacturing on their location strategy for a services operation. Her role has focused on helping them make the right decisions regarding FDI projects providing:

  • Advisory support for multinational companies on their assessment process for a location in the Americas, why Costa Rica but also the already existing companies on their growth project in the country.
  • Coordinate and participate in international events, as well as high-level meetings involving government and multinational executives, promoting Costa Rica as the right location for Foreign Direct Investment.
  • Advisory support on the establishment process, coordinate with government officials in areas related to local regulations, Free Trade Zone Regime, red tape, Real Estate, and talent.
